Shipping Policy

Marabou Mafia 

We know once you place an order, you’re ready to get it on the water. We’ll do our best to get your gear tied, packed, and headed your way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Most Marabou Mafia products are handmade and may be tied to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when available.

Please remember that estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your package has been turned over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information after your order ships so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Marabou Mafia Tackle Co. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and provide your order information along with photos of any damaged items or packaging when applicable.

We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
