The Associate

Chartreuse • Blue • Flash

Every crew needs someone willing to handle the dirty work. The Associate is ready to earn its place.

Hand-tied with a bright combination of chartreuse and blue accented with subtle flash, The Associate creates a bold, high-visibility profile designed to stand out and trigger strikes.

The chartreuse provides plenty of visibility while the blue adds strong contrast and flash gives it just enough extra shine to catch attention. Flowing marabou gives the jig lifelike movement whether you’re casting, vertical jigging, or working it around docks, brush piles, standing timber, and open-water crappie.

The Associate may be new to the family, but it knows exactly what it takes to get made.
